Underdog Sports Policy

At Underdog Sports Basketball Training LLC, our primary goal is to deliver unparalleled service to our community. To maintain this exceptional standard, we kindly request everyone to adhere to the rules set forth by Underdog Sports. By doing so, we can ensure a positive and enriching experience for all involved.

PURCHASED PACKAGES: Once a package is purchased it is non-refundable and non-transferable (to other clients). Please note the expiration date upon purchasing (8 months from the date of purchase). Anything purchased before March 15, 2020, will not expire due to the Pandemic.

After completing a training package, clients have two weeks from the date of their last session to renew their commitment and pay the invoice for the new training package. Failure to do so will result in the client losing their spot on the Underdog Sports Basketball Training LLC private training roster.

Clients must redeem at least (1) training session per calendar month. If they fail to do so, (1) session will be deducted from their purchased package or until all sessions are redeemed.

In cases of sudden serious illness, family emergencies, or client injury, the monthly minimum session requirement will be waived. Additionally, the requirement will be waived in circumstances where clients' sessions would be canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen gym closures. Please inform Underdog Sports Basketball Training LLC for final discretion.

PRIVATE TRAINING (DROP-IN): Clients who purchase private training sessions on an individual basis will be required to pay a deposit to secure their session timeslot. Regarding cancellation, please refer to our late cancel/no-show policies.

GROUP TRAINING: All participants are required to pre-register to secure their spot. Drop-ins for group training sessions may not be accommodated if the sessions are fully booked. For information on cancellations or no-shows, please review the policy outlined below.

GRADE POLICY: The client's new academic grade will take effect immediately upon the conclusion of the current academic school year or by June 10th, whichever comes first.

LATE CANCEL/NO-SHOW POLICIES FOR ALL TRAINING:

All Training

  • A spot is reserved for every athlete who has pre-booked a session.

  • If you cannot make it to a session you've reserved, you can cancel it up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to qualify for a refund or credit towards your package. This policy applies to Private Training, Group Training, Training Packages, Camps, and Clinics.

    • Failure by the client or guardian to notify Underdog Sports Basketball Training LLC of a training session cancellation will result in automatic forfeiture of the session, with no eligibility for a refund.

Private Training

  • If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations or rescheduling outside of this 24-hour window, please contact Underdog Sports Basketball Training LLC. (Applicable to drop-in sessions only).

  • Clients who purchase a training package will be granted a single emergency cancellation that can be utilized for cancellations exceeding the 24-hour timeframe.

    • Once the 24-hour window has passed, any cancellation will lead to deducting that session from your package. (In the case of an already used emergency).

Group Training

  • Please consult the "all training" section for details regarding the cancellation policy on group training.

  • Clients are allowed to reschedule their slot for group session training. Should the need arise to reschedule a specific training slot, it is recommended to do so only once.

    • ​Repeated rescheduling of specific training slots may lead to forfeiture of the session. Please inform Underdog Sports Basketball Training LLC for final discretion.
